Time for the silly season...


I have been a bit slow at getting into the spirit of xmas this year!  Plus being newbies at this blogging thing.  Hopefully I can get my act together soon.

I did make these canapes to take across the road for xmas drinks and nibbles.  Really nice and easy too...


  • 700g honeydew melon, peeled, seeded
  • 6 slices prosciutto, cut into thirds
  • 18 baby bocconcini
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
  • Small fresh mint leaves, to serve
